Each company, factory or business unit
is unique; it has its own culture, environment, atmosphere and people.
What works well in one company or business will not always work in another.
Likewise no two Quality Management Systems should be the same, but should
consider the company ethos as well as the overall business requirements.
Even with ISO9001, which defines the basic framework,
the actual content and structure must be reflective of your business
and its objectives. PQMS do not provide an “off-the-shelf”
package amended to include your company name and address. PQMS will
work very closely with your management team to understand your business
to ensure that we deliver the most appropriate and cost effective system.
Using a practical and methodical hands-on approach we will implement a QMS that will be: practical, uncomplicated, reflect your business and customer requirements, promote a culture of continuous improvement and most importantly, work for you. This process will include the development and implementation of a proactive Internal Audit programme that will ensure the system continues to evolve with the business.
