Quality Management Systems (QMS)
"Wouldn’t it be good to de-mystify ISO9001 and have a Quality Management System that helps to drive our business?
Wouldn’t it be good to save costs through better control of our processes, assuring better product and service performance?
"
Each company, factory or business unit is unique; it has its own culture, environment, atmosphere and people. What works well in one company or business will not always work in another. Likewise no two Quality Management Systems should be the same, but should consider the company ethos as well as the overall business requirements.

Even with ISO9001, which defines the basic framework, the actual content and structure must be reflective of your business and its objectives. PQMS do not provide an “off-the-shelf” package amended to include your company name and address. PQMS will work very closely with your management team to understand your business to ensure that we deliver the most appropriate and cost effective system.

Using a practical and methodical hands-on approach we will implement a QMS that will be: practical, uncomplicated, reflect your business and customer requirements, promote a culture of continuous improvement and most importantly, work for you.

This process will include the development and implementation of a proactive Internal Audit programme that will ensure the system continues to evolve with the business.
PQMS will support your QMS implementation across the following:
  • ISO9001 Registration
  • ISO9001 Certification Body interface
  • Documentation
  • Training in Quality & Quality Techniques
  • Process Mapping
  • Process Review
  • Design Processes
  • Product Conformance
  • Internal Audit
  • Internal Auditor Training
  • Data Analysis
  • Continual Improvement
  • Quality Control
  • Self Assessment
  • Customer Satisfaction measurement
The above list is not exhaustive and QMS implementation may include whatever elements are considered necessary. The key to the approach taken by PQMS is that it must reflect the business and the needs of the business, in a format that still satisfies the requirements of any external bodies or customers.
