Small, new and expanding companies
typically are unable to justify the costs of dedicated functional managers
with corporate experience. We have the solution; it’s what we
call our PQMS Associate Manager Scheme.
This scheme can include just one, a combination of,
or all of the services offered by PQMS. You tell us what you want and
we will tailor the contract to meet your exact requirements. As PQMS
operates in association with one of the largest networks of business
consultants in the UK should elements of the project fall outside the
experience or skills of PQMS then we can tap into the extensive resources
of this network.
For a negotiated monthly fee over a fixed term period
(minimum contract period under this scheme is 6 months) you will have
the services of a PQMS Associate Manager for a defined number of days
per month. This will also include a reasonable level of telephone and
email support outside of the agreed “service days”.
The whole concept of this scheme is its flexibility.
For instance, you can have your contracted days scheduled on a monthly
basis or as a total number of days to be taken as required over the
contract period. |

PQMS Associate Manager Scheme Overview Initial free of charge, no obligation, consultative
meeting. The purpose of this short meeting is to provide you with more
information on PQMS and its services and for us to gain a basic understanding
of your business and business objectives.
The Business Analysis will not normally take more
than one day. PQMS will look at all aspects of the business to identify:
areas for potential improvement, any gaps, and waste.
The summary report is primarily to assist the scoping
of the project. It will detail areas for potential improvement, with
the rationale, and the benefits that can be realised.
The purpose of this meeting is to define the project
scope, its objectives and agree contract. During this meeting the output
from the Business Analysis will be discussed in detail along with your
own objectives and requirements.
Project is initiated with ongoing review as appropriate. NB: If you sign up to the scheme for a minimum period
of 6 months then the cost of the Business Analysis will be deducted
from your 6th monthly payment. |
